a. Personal information that is to be collected and methods to collect it
UDNS collects the following personal data for membership registration, consulting, processing service requests, etc.

UDNS utilizes the following methods to collect information:
▶ Information from the web page, history of estimates provided, AS Board (system services), etc.

UDNS uses collected personal information for the following purposes.
▶ Providing information according to product questions and requests for system services
▶ For marketing and advertising
Promotional information, such as the development and specialization of a new product, provision of services and advertising in accordance with demographic profiles, determining the access frequency, statistics on the use of services, events, etc.
c. Provision and distribution of collected personal information
Usually, UDNS does not provide users' personal information to external sources fundamentally. However, an exception may be made in the following cases:
- With the prior consent of the user
- In accordance with the provisions of the law or for investigation purposes, in accordance with the procedures and methods established by law

UDNS does not entrust third-party companies to process personal information without the client’s consent.

Generally, as soon as collected and processed information has been used for its intended purpose, it is then immediately deleted. However, it may be stored for a specified period of time for some of the following reasons.

f. Procedures and methods for deleting personal information
Generally, as soon as collected and processed information has been used for its intended purpose, it is then immediately deleted. The procedure and methods for deleting personal information are as follows.

- Information collected during the consultation on estimates and processing of product requests is destroyed after a certain period of storage, for a period of time after the intended use, determined depending on the reasons for the protection of information in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Personal information is not used for any purposes other than those provided by law.

- Personal information printed on paper is further shredded and burned.
- Personal information stored as electronic files is deleted using technical methods that prevent the recording from being reproduced.

Users and their legal representatives can view or edit registered personal information or messages at any time and may also request it to be deleted.
For any requests or editing personal information of users and children under 14, one is required to contact the Manager accountable for processing personal information, in writing, by phone or email, after which the information will be immediately processed.
UDNS processes information that is requested to be canceled or destroyed in accordance with the company's principles regarding the collection, storage and processing period of personal information, while excluding the possibility of its use outside of the designated purposes.
h. Matters related to installation, operation and refusal to automatically collect personal information
UDNS installs and uses tools, such as “cookies”, which automatically identify, collect and store personal information at any time. "Cookie" is a small text file that a server sends to a user’s browser, which is used while working with the UDNS website, and further saved onto the user’s computer’s hard drive.
Cookies and similar tools are used by UDSN for the following purposes.

- Providing targeted marketing and personalized services by analyzing the frequency of visits and usage time of registered users and guests, determining the tastes and interests of users, the degree of engagement and participation in events, and the number of visits.
